It's a shame really, 'cause I do love the 18th century, ships and the marine, and men love. But I just couldn't get into this, maybe it's just the book in the beginning but it's really boring and un-interesting and the main character seems... boring as well. Maybe I read it in the wrong mood, so I keep it in my put aside for now shelf so that I maybe try it out again, sometime in the future.
