Aquarium Day 18

So, tank still thriving and the fish seem all well and energised. I have live plants in the aquarium, and the grass and one of the plants I can’t name right now seem to be thriving. They’re slowly spreading and that seems like a good result. The other plants seem to do okay as well, doesn’t look all that worn out or sad so. My tank is having some trouble with algae. I decided I wanted some Otos to combat that so walked up to the store today. Seems like the Otos are out of stock until January. They recommended I try some snails so I bought 2 Military helmet snails to test them out. Also bought 3 more glowlight tetras so now they at least are up to the minimum numbers they need to feel well. And the 2 glow lights I had since earlier seem to be a bit happier from what I can make out from the last couple of hours. Gonna be quite interesting with the snails as well, they’ve moved a little since they got into the tank.
