Good introduction into the world of Raw Food. Amdisen introduces Raw Food and give points to why one should consider eating this way and points out both health benefits as well as environment benefits. She includes personal stories of people eating this way and how it has affected their lives.
Amdisen then introduces a 2 week meal plan with recipes. The book ends with more recipes in the like of juices and deserts.
I thought it was a good introduction and it seemed well researched, to prove the benefits of Raw Food. Amidsen doesn't provide any research that may disprove of this diet. I am curious enough that i want to find out more about this way of eating, and to see if I can combine this with the food allergies that I have.
